JOB DESCRIPTION

As a client administrator, you will primarily be responsible for handling clients' legal matters. The work involves investigations and decision-making according to applicable legislation, where you will focus on legal security. Together with the operations manager and your team, which currently consists of ten client administrators, you will develop the legal work forward. Furthermore, you will be responsible for guidance and further development of case management and execution planning within your unit, with a focus on client-centered work.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a person with good collaboration skills and can communicate smoothly and clearly, being responsive to the needs of the organization. You may handle multiple cases simultaneously, which means you need to enjoy and be able to plan and execute your work efficiently, even under high workloads. Furthermore, we believe you are calm, stable, and controlled in stressful situations. You have the ability to handle large amounts of information and act with good judgment in all situations. Additionally, you are accommodating in your interactions and have both the interest, willingness, and ability to help others.

We want you to have:

• An academic degree (e.g., law, social work, social sciences) or other education combined with relevant work experience for the Swedish Prison and Probation Service.
• Experience in case handling within the state, municipality, or county council.
• The ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Several years of work experience within the Swedish Prison and Probation Service.
• Good administrative law knowledge.
• Experience as a client administrator within the Swedish Prison and Probation Service.
